1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using R7 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
R7 is an AI-powered voice agent platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service enables users to:
- Create AI voice agents for property listings
- Generate QR codes that connect potential buyers to AI agents
- Capture and manage leads from AI conversations
- Receive notifications when leads are captured
- View analytics and conversation transcripts
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Create AI agents that provide false or misleading information about properties
- Collect or harvest personal information without proper consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission
5. Property Listings
By creating property listings on R7, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to list and advertise the property
- All information provided about the property is accurate and truthful
- You have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to market the property
- The listing does not violate any applicable real estate laws or regulations
- You will keep listing information current and remove listings that are no longer active
R7 is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of property information. Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings.
6. AI Voice Agents
6.1 AI Limitations
Our AI voice agents are powered by third-party artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You acknowledge that:
- AI agents may not always provide accurate or complete information
- AI agents are not a substitute for professional real estate advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying lead information
- AI technology may have occasional downtime or service interruptions
6.2 Disclosure Requirement
Our AI agents are programmed to identify themselves as AI assistants. You agree not to modify or attempt to circumvent this disclosure. Callers interacting with your AI agents will be informed they are speaking with an AI.
7. Lead Data and Privacy
When potential buyers interact with your AI agents, personal information may be collected. You agree to:
- Handle all lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws
- Use lead information only for legitimate real estate purposes
- Not sell or share lead information with unauthorized third parties
- Respect opt-out requests from leads
- Comply with all applicable telemarketing and communication laws

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by R7 and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (property listings, custom Q&A, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
9. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you choose to use paid features:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R7 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve (12) months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your property listings or content
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Binding Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
14.1 Agreement to Arbitrate
You and R7 agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court. This includes claims that arose before the existence of this agreement. The only exceptions are: (i) you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify; and (ii) either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
14.2 Arbitration Rules and Procedure
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in English, and shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely via videoconference at R7's discretion. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.3 Arbitration Fees and Costs
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in any arbitration. The arbitration filing fees shall be split equally between the parties, unless the arbitrator determines that a party has brought a frivolous claim, in which case that party shall bear all arbitration costs. The arbitrator may award attorneys' fees and costs to the prevailing party where authorized by law.
14.4 Opt-Out Right
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice of your decision to opt out to legal@rs7ven.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, you will still be bound by all other provisions of these Terms.
15. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND R7 AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Unless both you and R7 agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative, class, or collective proceeding. The arbitrator may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class action waiver set forth in this section is void or unenforceable for any reason, or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision shall be deemed null and void in its entirety, and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.
16. Force Majeure
R7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"), including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, or severe weather conditions
- War, armed conflict, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, or acts of public enemies
- Government actions, embargoes, sanctions, laws, regulations, or orders
- Strikes, labor disputes, or work stoppages
- Power outages, internet disruptions, telecommunications failures, or infrastructure failures
- Third-party service provider outages, including but not limited to AI providers, cloud hosting, and payment processors
- Cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, hacking incidents, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
- Pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, or public health emergencies
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
During a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the event. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration as set forth above, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, place of residence, improper venue, or forum non conveniens in any such action.
18. Waiver and Survival
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by R7.
The following sections shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Binding Arbitration Agreement, Class Action Waiver, and Governing Law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by R7 on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and R7 concerning your use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and R7 relating to the Service.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
